What Is A Legal Virtual Assistant?

A Legal Virtual Assistant (or VA for short) is the Solicitor's answer to a Legal Secretary without the costs associated with hiring employees. A VA provides assistance with administrative tasks to help Solicitors handle the everyday running of their practice.

In the traditional office they are known as Administrative Assistants but in the online community they are known as Virtual Assistants. VAs provide secretariarl services via a remote location. Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles and enables you to find the success that you originally set out to achieve.

10 Reasons to Use a Legal VA

  • VAs are available as and when you need them, for those last minute urgent projects;
  • All VA time is productive as opposed to that of an employee, whose time is spent on personal telephone calls, lunch and replying to personal emails;
  • A VA is 100% interested in your practice - your success is their success;
  • There is no minimum amount of hours you must work with a VA - you only pay for the time worked;
  • You get more time to do what you do best, while leaving the admin to someone else;
  • Your projects will be completed to perfection and delivered on time - or ahead of time!;
  • VAs have a wide range of skills and expertise available to you and your practice, and you have the flexibility of utilising as many as you require;
  • A VA saves you money on office space as we work from our own offices as an independent contractor;
  • Hiring a VA can save you time on hiring an employee or temporary help, as well as training the new member of staff;
  • All work undertaken is of the highest quality and is completed to your specifications.
