Digital Dictation Service

The importance of a professional image is important for any business, but it is not always easy when you are under pressure. A Legal Virtual Assistant can help you to reduce your workload and enhance your image. A new technology that is becoming increasingly popular amongst legal practices is that of digital transcription.

Due to the advances in technology, digital transcription is taking over from cassette based transcription machines. The client dictates into a digital voice recorder and uploads the files to their computer. Dictation files are emailed to your Legal VA from where she will transcribe the files and send the completed documents back to you.

Pricing Structure: Our transcription service is £20 per hour (charged in 1 minute increments) with retainer packages available for clients requring ongoing services on a long-term basis. For more information on our retainer packages click here.
